| 1、Where do you get your furniture? |
|
All reproduction is hand-made by the furniture makers in Beijing of China. We choose our furniture makers based on their craftsmanship and ability to explore new designs and techniques. All of our furniture is hand-made from beginning to end, using traditional Chinese joinery techniques, hand-rubbed finish, and hand-forged hardware. Already seasoned reclaimed elm wood is used to make most of our reproduction. |

| 4、What payment methods do you accept? |
|
We up to now only accept wireless transfer payment(T/T). Please note that your order will not be processed until your check has cleared. |
| 5、How is my order shipped? |
|
All smaller packages ship via FedEx, DHL or TNT and will be delivered to the inside of your house. Large furniture and oversized packages will be shipped by freight carrier. You will receive an email from us to make delivery arrangements after your order has been shipped. |
| 6、How long does it take for my order to arrive? |
|
If your pieces are in stock, it will be delivered within approximately 6-8weeks by sea, about 3-7days air. If your pieces are has to be made, delivery will be approximately 12-14weeks. |
| 7、How much is the Shipping & Handling? |

| 8、How do I know if the item is in stock? |
|
As for the antique pieces, units in stock are updated and displayed for each product on the product detail page. As for the reproduction & contemporary furniture, there is no stock. We have to make for you based on your confirmed order. As for the acessories, please send us an email to info@tanghouse.cn to check the stock. |
| 9、How can I track my order? |

A track number will be sent to you via email after your order is shipped. |
| 10、What's your cancellation policy? |
|
There will be no charge incurred if you cancel your order before your order is shipped .There will be 20% cancellation fee plus all shipping and handling cost charged if your order bas been shipped to you. Custom-made order can not be cancelled. |
| 11、What if the item I receive is damaged? |
|
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival of your order. If your item was shipped to you by freight, please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves and make any notions on the Bill of Lading( Delivery receipt). |

We use sophisticated encrytion and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we use all means to protect your personal information. We can not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to from our web sites, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will do whatever in our power to protect its security on our systems. |
